Greetings friends!
The Green Mountain Film Festival is returning to Montpelier and Central Vermont in March 2025 and we are grateful for your support to make this coming year’s festival a beautiful and expansive weekend of international and local film!
We have a goal of raising $12,000 in donations this summer — 70% of our film acquisition budget.
Our festival relies on community support from friends like you!
We are thrilled to have secured the support of the Montpelier Community Fund and the Vermont Arts Council for our 2025 festival and you can help us reach our goal today!
The now 24 year old Green Mountain Film Festival returned to Montpelier, Vermont in March 2024 after a 4 year hiatus. Since 1997, we have offered unique independent film programming in our downtown Montpelier and Central Vermont community — showcasing narrative, documentary, and experimental features and shorts from all over the world!
A special thank you to the amazing folks who have already been supporting us with monthly donations!
Please consider contributing to the 2025 Green Mountain Film Festival today!
See you at the movies,
Christopher Wiersema (GMFF Festival Director) and the 2025 GMFF team
